Recreation of the Iconic “Titanic” Scene with Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson

According to Cinemadrame News Agency, Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson, who are currently promoting the comedy film “Naked Gun,” recently recreated the iconic scene from “Titanic.” In a video shared by Paramount Pictures Germany on TikTok last Friday, 58-year-old Anderson and 73-year-old Neeson attempt to reenact the scene on a small boat floating down a river. Neeson, who appears anxious in the video, told Access Hollywood in an interview that he was worried Anderson might fall.
In this remake directed by Akiva Schaffer, Neeson plays “Frank Drebin Jr.,” the son of the legendary character from the original series portrayed by Leslie Nielsen. Frank Drebin Jr. is a police detective assigned to solve a complicated murder case in Los Angeles. Other cast members include Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter Hauser, Danny Huston, and Kevin Durand.
Last week, People magazine confirmed rumors that Anderson and Neeson were dating. The rumors intensified after Anderson kissed Neeson on the cheek at the “Naked Gun” premiere red carpet.
Neeson said in an interview with NBC that he had never met Anderson before working on this film: “And we discovered that we share a lovely and growing bond – as two actors.”
Nevertheless, he told People magazine: “When it comes to Pamela, first of all, I have to say I’m absolutely crazy about her. Working with her is fantastic. Honestly, I don’t even know how to praise her enough. She’s funny and it’s so easy to act alongside her.”
In another interview with Seth Meyers last Wednesday, Anderson mentioned that she had not watched the film in theaters with an audience: “No, I’ve only seen it once, with Liam, in an empty cinema. It was interesting.”
