New behind-the-scenes teaser for Spider-Man: Brand New Day unveiled on Peter Parker’s birthday
According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Sony Pictures marked “Peter Parker’s” birthday by releasing a new teaser for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, offering a compilation of all the leaked on-set images from the project’s recent filming in Scotland. In the one-minute teaser, Tom Holland is seen taking photos with young and adult Spider-Man fans, meeting with some crew members from Sony and Marvel’s previous trilogy, and attempting to open something resembling a tank in another scene.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be the fourth Spider-Man film starring Tom Holland in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, known for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. The screenplay is being written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.
In addition to Tom Holland, the return of Zendaya and Jacob Batalon has been confirmed, while Sadie Sink and Liza Colón-Zayas will appear in undisclosed roles. The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as Punisher, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, and Michael Mando as Scorpion.
