Jennifer Lopez Responds to Fan’s Marriage Proposal: “I’ve Tried That Enough”
According to cinemadrame news agency, Jennifer Lopez reacted to a marriage proposal from a fan during one of her “Up All Night” international tour concerts in Europe. She has been married four times and recently separated from Ben Affleck for the second time.
The 55-year-old actress and singer noticed a sign held by a fan that read: “J. Lo, will you marry me?”
A video of the moment shared on X (formerly Twitter) shows Lopez responding to the handwritten sign by saying: “I think that’s enough. I’ve tried that enough.”
The “Hustlers” and “Maid in Manhattan” star was married to Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998, then Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003, and subsequently Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014, before marrying Ben Affleck in 2022. The two separated in late 2024.
Ojani Noa had previously claimed in an interview with the Daily Mail that his ex-wife “loves being in love.” However, a few months later, Lopez stated that while life after her separation from Ben Affleck had become “scary” and “sad” for her, she was not seeking a new relationship with “anyone”: “I actually see that I can feel joy and happiness on my own. Being in a relationship doesn’t define me. I can’t seek happiness in others. I have to be happy within myself. Before, I would say I was a happy person, but I was still looking for something or someone. But now I say: ‘No, I’m actually good.'”
