Season 2 of Comedy Series Stick in the Works at Apple TV+

According to CinemaDrame news agency, The second season of the comedy series Stick, starring and executive produced by Owen Wilson, is officially in the works at Apple TV+. The show was renewed just days after the premiere of its first season, which was written by Jason Keller.

In Stick, Owen Wilson plays Price Cahill, a former pro golfer whose glory days are long behind him. After the collapse of his marriage and being fired from a sporting goods store in Indiana, he pins all his hopes on Santi—a 17-year-old golf prodigy with a troubled streak—played by Peter Dager.

The series also stars Marc Maron, Mariana Treviño, Lily Kay, Judy Greer, and Timothy Olyphant. Several high-profile figures from the world of golf make cameo appearances, including Collin Morikawa, Keegan Bradley, Max Homa, Wyndham Clark, and others. Sports broadcasters Jim Nantz and Trevor Immelman, along with celebrities like Matt Scharff, Brad Dalke, Garrett Clark, and Dan Rapaport, also appear in the series. Valerie Faris and Jonathan Dayton serve as additional executive producers and direct several episodes.
