Bob Odenkirk Is Thirsty for Super Mario’s Blood: “I’ll Shove His Mustache Down His Throat”
According to CinemaDrame news agency, In an interview with IGN at San Diego Comic-Con, Bob Odenkirk reveals a simmering rage and disdain. The Better Call Saul star says at the event that he’d love to spill Super Mario’s blood.
Reacting to images of cultural figures, Odenkirk is asked whether he’d be willing to kill them. Regarding Mario, he says: “I’d kill Mario. I’d rip that mustache off his face and shove it down his throat. I’d take his swimming goggles, break them, and stab him with the shards. It’s going to be bloody.”
In another part of the interview, upon seeing a picture of Macaulay Culkin, the Home Alone star, Odenkirk says: “Macaulay. I wouldn’t hurt Kevin. He’d take me down.”
At the convention, Odenkirk reunited with Rhea Seehorn, his co-star, and Vince Gilligan, the creator of Better Call Saul. His film Nobody 2 hits theaters on August 15. Gilligan and Seehorn’s sci-fi series Pluribus will premiere on Apple TV+ on November 7. Odenkirk also stars in Normal, set to premiere in 2025 at the Toronto International Film Festival.
