Christie Noem’s Reaction to the “Misogynistic” Parody in South Park

According to the CinemaDrame News Agency, Christie Noem reacted to the second episode of the twenty-seventh season of the animated series South Park, calling it “misogynistic.” The U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security told CNN that the parody of her in this episode is “lazy.” The show’s creators portrayed Noem as obsessed with shooting dogs and having a melting face.

Noem said, “It’s extremely lazy, constantly mocking women for their appearance. Only liberals and extremists do things like this. If they want to criticize my work, fine, but they clearly can’t. They just pick some trivial thing like this.”
In this episode, Noem’s makeup team cannot keep her Botox-filled face consistent. Noem, who shoots Superman’s dog “Krypto” in one scene, had admitted in her memoir to shooting her own family dog.
J.D. Vance, former Vice President under Donald Trump, was another political figure shown for the first time in the series with a childlike appearance. After the episode aired, Vance wrote on social media platform X: “Well, I finally made it.”
