Official Trailer for “Him,” Produced by Jordan Peele: A Heavy Price

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, The official trailer for Him, starring Marlon Wayans, has been unveiled. Produced by Jordan Peele, the film blends horror and sports genres, exploring the idea that “greatness demands sacrifice.”
The story centers on former football player Tyriq Withers as quarterback Cameron Kidd, whose professional career is derailed after a violent attack. Hoping to become a star again, he seeks the help of NFL superstar Isaiah White (played by Marlon Wayans)—but achieving his goal comes at a cost.
Directed by Justin Tipping from a screenplay by Zak Akers and Skip Bronkie (who also wrote the final draft), the film also stars Julia Fox (Uncut Gems), Tim Heidecker, Jim Jefferies, heavyweight MMA fighter Maurice Greene, and Grammy nominee Tierra Whack.
Oscar-winner Peele produces the project through his company Monkeypaw. In 2019, Universal signed a five-year deal with Peele and Monkeypaw. Peele is currently working on his fourth feature film as director, previously telling Conan O’Brien it is his “favorite movie” he’s made.
Him will be released in U.S. theaters on September 19.
