Praise for Reza Ashofte at the Play “When Donkeys Fall in Love”
According to CinamaDrame News Agency, quoting the public relations of the play, a special performance for artists and a critique and review session for the play “When Donkeys Fall in Love” was held on Saturday, April 25th, with the presence of theater enthusiasts, artists, and critics from the performing arts field.
This session, following the play’s performance, was attended by Reza Ashofte, Mohammad Hassan Khodaei, and Anahita Izadi. Reza Ashofte was honored for his efforts in theater criticism and his prominent role in the development and advancement of this artistic field.
Ashofte, known for his meticulous observations and profound analyses in theater, delved into the technical and artistic details of “When Donkeys Fall in Love” during the session. He offered valuable insights regarding the performance, text, and direction of the work, stating that the play transported him back to the 2000s, a period when many outstanding plays were staged in Tehran.
