The works selected for the Iser section of the Tehran Province Theater Festival have been introduced.
According to Cinemadrame and the public relations of the 29th Tehran Province Theater Festival, the Iser section of this artistic event will be held with the support of the Tehran Province Foundation for Martyrs and Veterans Affairs. The selection committee for this section, consisting of Kamran Shahlaei, Mohammad Larti, and Ahmad Naddafi, after reviewing 29 submitted works, introduced 7 performances for participation in the competition section of the 29th Tehran Province Theater Festival.
The names of the works selected for this section, without priority, are as follows:
- “Rig Chah” written and directed by Ali Peymandoust from Tehran
- “Boxer” written and directed by Kianoush Ahmadi from Shahryar
- “Area 12 Point F” written by Mohammad Mohammadi and directed by Shahin Soltani from Pardis
- “The Only Room, the Verses of Wounds Read Me” written by Leila Ahmadvand and directed by Seyed Mohammad Khalaqi from Shemiranat
- “Hercules” written and directed by Mohammad Mehdi Pazouki from Pakdasht
- “Wet Dream” written by Mehdi Salehyar and directed by Mohammad Ahmadi from Pakdasht
- “Northern Trenches” written by Alireza Hanifi and directed by Farshid Hadi from Tehran (conditional)
The 29th Tehran Province Theater Festival will be held in November of this year, under the direction of Amirhossein Shafiei.
