Two plays by Ali-Reza Naraqi have been published.

According to cinemadrame, two plays, “For the Heart of God” and “Poetry Was Rejected”, written by Ali-Reza Naraqi, have been published.
The publisher Vazan introduces these plays, stating that “For the Heart of God” is a loose adaptation of “Confession”, one of the rare literary works by Ingmar Bergman, the Swedish writer and director of cinema and theatre.
“For the Heart of God” explores the doubts of a middle-aged woman living in a clergyman’s household, who faces a difficult dilemma between love and family, faith and disbelief. A different version of this play was previously staged by Naraqi himself, under the title “Confession: A Bergman Reading”, in the winter of 2018.

Additionally, the play “Poetry Was Rejected” is Naraqi’s latest work about the fate and life journey of a man at the final stage of his life.
The back cover of the book reads:
Daughter: Instead of rubbing your hands together quickly, caress them. All you need to do is dive into yourself and accept everything that comes your way, without fear. Now think of a sign that comes from your heart, between your two eyes, and a special feeling spreads to your hands, something that is unlike anyone else, something that captivates everyone, makes them listen to you, and love you.
Man: Exactly the opposite of what it’s always been.
Woman: Exactly the opposite of what it’s always been.
